1956 Chevrolet Nomad

We\'re pleased to offer this beautiful 1956 Chevrolet Nomad for sale. This is a local car that has been here on the California Central Coast for many years. It\'s been fully restored with some very tasteful upgrades that make it an excellent driver. We have service records dating back to 2006 when the restoration was started. Everything is fully rebuilt, replaced, and restored, and has been driven just over 6,000 miles since then. The engine has been upgraded to a GM Ramjet 350. These are awesome engines that bolt right into place but have the added benefit of fuel injection. This engine runs very smoothly and has loads of power. The front suspension and steering have been updated with a Jim Meyer Racing Products independent front suspension with power rack-and-pinion. The transmission is a Tremec TKO 5-speed and is awesome.
