MG TD Restoration

From a pile of parts to pristine finished product!

We’ve just finished up yet another MG TD restoration. This 1952 TD was a project that was started many years ago but stalled, as many projects do, because of lack of time and funds. It feels great to have this car back on the road after being off it and in pieces for nearly thirty years. The car came out beautiful and drives just as good as it looks.

You can check out our previous project installment here:

What a transformation!

This TD has been restored to what we call a nice show-quality condition, and we’re very pleased with the results. Check out the photos of the finished product and let us know what you think. Comments and questions are always welcome!

We’re getting started on three more MG T-series restorations, so be sure to check back and follow our progress as we bring them all back to life. Head on over and give us a like on Facebook to get project update announcements right on your newsfeed!

Beautiful car! Great job on the restoration. If it drives half as good as it looks, that’d be one hell of a sweet ride.

Nice restoration and correct from what I can see from the photos.Except: chrome grill slats,”red” horns and it looks like the horn push is upside down.
